Rose-Mary Reynolds is an Associate at One Legal Caribbean, based in the firm's Antigua and Barbuda office. She focuses on commercial and civil litigation, conveyancing, debt recovery, employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property.

Rose-Mary holds a Bachelor of Laws with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica, where she was recognised as one of the most outstanding students in her cohort. During her time at Norman Manley, she was awarded four academic prizes, including the Raphael Codlin Prize, the Courtenay Coye LLP Prize, the Kelsick, Wilkin & Ferdinand Prize for best overall overseas student, and the Hon. Mr. Justice Courtenay Scipio Orr Memorial Prize for the best combined performance in Criminal Practice and Procedure and Law of Evidence.

Called to the Bar in Antigua and Barbuda in December 2021, Rose-Mary has over four years of post-admission experience and has appeared as sole advocate at all levels of the court system, including the Magistrate Court, High Court, and the Court of Appeal. Her practice encompasses litigation, conveyancing, debt collection, personal injury claims, intellectual property applications, land registry proceedings, and probate matters. She also advises on employment contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and tenancy arrangements.

Rose-Mary brings a strong litigation foundation, a commitment to rigorous legal research and drafting, and a track record of early professional distinction to the OLC team.
